V60!
Okey, that’s it, I’ll stop beeing sceptical to things before I’ve tried them. It happened to the aeropress (nah, don’t like it, I’ll stick with my french press), then to the V60 (nah, don’t like it, I’ll stick with my aeropress). Now my set-up includes the hario skeleton-grinder, the aeropress and a v60, and I love them. (I also got a french press for visitors, but I dread the day I’m gonna hand-crank 60g).
So I’ve played with the V60 and so far I love it
, not only for the sweet cup it produces, but also for the process, there is something quite… zen about hand-grinding your fresh beans, then pouring your new-boiled water on it with the greatest of care. With the new focus on the coffee itself, then taking the time to spend those extra minutes are worth it. Highly reccomended (:
